Science is man's best friend. Life without science in the modern world is an impossibility. It is not possible to budge even an inch without the help of science. As a matter of fact, the very existence of man in the modern world is governed by science. Science has raised man to the status of gods. Science has handed over to man the golden pay of knowledge to open lock of the secrets of universe. As such, today man can fly in air like a bird, swim in water like a fish and sit in fire as long as wishes without being harmed in the least. man is no more a puppet in the hands of nature but a proud master of three worlds of land, air and water. If by some miracle our forefathers could come back to life, they will not like to go back.
Although science has given man the powers of a giant yet it will be wrong to use them like giant. It is most unfortunate that man has learnt how to work on the earth . Science has fallen into evil hands and instead of becoming messiah of the modern world has become its worst enemy and is working for the destruction of humanity. This world could become a Paradise if science had been used by beneficent hands.
man is the crown of all creatures. God has gifted him with brain with the help of which he can turn even the worst things into the best things. Science is also a gift of man's brain to man . Science had come to man as a slave every-ready to help him.
With the help of the gentle giant of science, man can change the face of man. He can bring health, wealth and prosperity to this world . Unfortunately, instead of remaining the master of science, man has becomes its slave. from an angel bestowing gifts of prosperity and bliss on humanity, it has turned into an over-drunken criminal and a hired ruffian who stabs humanity in the broad-day light. Science has sealed the doom of man. But can we blame science for this? Certainly not. Its is man who is to be blamed for sealing his own doom.
The power-made politicians and mischief -mongers have turned laboratories into devil's workshop where engine of destruction are being produced. The blood-thirsty politicians have made scientists playing in their hands. With the defeat of Hilter and Mussoloni, the race of made and vulturous politicians has not come to an end. The selfish and mean politicians are not satisfied with the destruction of life and property in Hiroshima and Nagasaki. They want more destruction, They want to open more and more bag fulls of sorrows, pains and sufferings for humanity.
They have turned into devils. Teir tongues are parched and they wish to quench their thirst with blood. The damned off springs of Hitler and Mussoloni are waiting for an excuse to lunch and ultimate war. Weapons are being manufactured day and night. They want more destructive bombs like neutron-bomb. In laboratories and research institutions, instead of life giving gases, poisonous gases are being produced.
The world today is spending tow-crores of dollars daily on destructive weapons. What for? Against whom these weapons will be used? The answer to these question is evident. So, the greatest misuse of science is ht mass production of weapons, "Beware! science has given man the power of giant but if this power is used like a giant, man's doom will not befar-off".
